two21 prepares case studies for PCA related to sustainability efforts by manufacturers, green building projects and innovations in concrete technology.

Ryan worked on a the creation of which required reading, digesting and synthesizing a wide range of diverse material and reworking it to develop a toolkit for promoters of concrete and cement for various road applications. The toolkit included numerous products and solutions informational documents (targeted to Department of Transportation and public works representatives) legislative issues briefs (targeted to elected officials) and facts sheets on sustainability, noise and emissions.

Ryan formulated two step-by-step playbooks and a blueprint to aid in the promotion efforts of industry volunteers. By developing a format and style that integrated all the parts of the project, Ryan created one voice for all the material. The materials include a mix of promotional and technical information to appeal to the target audiences.

two21 regularly assists PCA with miscellaneous copywriting and editing projects including an exhaustive copy audit of the database for the association’s robust online bookstore.
